We charge a one-time fee of 5 francs for the key card. The fee is non-refundable.
The advantages: The key card is reusable and can be used at numerous other und resorts. The key card is multilayered - different kinds of tickets can be loaded on to one card.                                                                                         

The regional skipass is valid in the following ski resorts:
Blatten-Belalp, Grächen, Leukerbad, Saas-Fee, Saas Almagell, Saas Grund, Rosswald, Rothwald, Riederalp, Bettmeralp, Fiescheralp, Bellwald, Visperterminen-Giw Lauchernalp, Bürchen, Unterbäch, Eischoll, Gspon und Gampel/Jeizinen

In most ski resorts in Valais you can use the point system of the Valais Ski Card. The price for the one-day pass is deducted from the points on the Valais Ski Card. The Valais Ski Card can be bought and recharged at every ski resort, that accepts the card.

Key Card Sale
We charge a one-time fee of 5 francs for the key card. The fee is non-refundable. The advantages: The key card is reusable and can be used at numerous other und resorts. The key card is multilayered - different kinds of tickets can be loaded on to one card.
Refunds/Illness/Accidents

Personal tickets, that can not be used due to an accident or illness, must be returned to the Belalp Bahnen selling point as soon as possible. Refunds will be made from the day that the card was returned on.
Medical report: the medical report must state the dates when the person will not be able to ski or snowboard. We only accept medical reports from the Valais region.
Refund fees: per refund we charge a fee of at least 10%, from 2 francs to maximal 6 francs.
Non-refundable conditions: bad weather, interruption of operation, partial interruptions of the transport system, avalanche risk, ski slope closure, unforseen departure, etc.
Ticket loss: lost season tickets will be replaced for a fee of Fr. 30.-, if the receipt is shown. All other tickets valid for 4 days and more will be replaced for a fee of Fr. 10.-, if the receipt is shown.

Ticket misuse

Our contactless "hand free" tickets are checked automatically. We frequently carry out occassional checks. If you carry a Swatch Access it is obligatory to show an ID-Card if you are asked to.
Ticket misuse will be sanctioned with immediate ticket confiscation without refund or an additional fee of Fr. 100.-  for incurred costs or both. Sanctions according to civil and criminal law remain reserved.
