Belalp - Aletschbord - Oberaletschhütte
The new path up to the Oberaletsch-Hut was completed in the summer of 2005 and offers a once in a lifetime opportunity for alpinists and hikers. The view across the high alpin mountains of the Oberaletsch-Glacier is unique. The hike to the hut takes around 4 hours. The Oberaletsch-Hut offers accomodation for up to 70 people.

Belalp- Sparrhorn
The hike up the Sparrhorn is a hike up to the top of a 3000 m high mountain. From here you are able to see the Nesthorn, the Aletschhorn, but also the Aletsch-Glacier as well as the whole Valais mountain panorama, all the way to the Mont Blanc. Ca. 4 Std. 30 Min.
Foggenhorn
From the top station of the Belalp Bahnen you stroll down to the Alp Bel and further across the Kelchbach. After crossing the Kelchbach you start your ascent up to the peak of the Foggenhorn. This hike can also be started from the Alp Nessel. Ca. 4 Std.
Suspension bridge Riederalp - Belalp
From the Aletschbord a footpath "Steiggle" leads down to the "Aletschji" and then further to the glacier. From there it takes another half-hour to get to the 124 metre long suspension bridge, which was built in 2008 and stretches across the 60 metre deep Massa-gorge.
After crossing the bridge the footpath carries on to the "Grünsee". To get to the Riederfurka one can either take the path across the "Silbersand" or the path via "Teiffe Wald.

The Massa-Footpath
The Massa-Footpath is one of the most beautiful and most walked footpaths in our region. The view down the Massa-Gorge aswell as the view across the Rhone-Valley is remarkable. Ca. 2 Std. 45 Min.
