Blatten-Egga-Holzji-Belalp

The whole walk will take about 2.5 hours.
Hohbiel - Bruchegg (Caution: alpine foot path!)
After a pleasant ride on the the 6-seater chair lift Sparrhorn to Hohbiel, you can enjoy the hour long walk back to the Bruchegg on foot or on snowshoes (snowshoes are highly recommended). There you will have a great view of the 23 km long Aletsch glacier and unique Valais mountain panorama.
The walk up to Hohbiel from the Bruchegg takes around 2 hours.
Rischinerwald
From the station in Blatten (1327 m) you follow the road for about 400 metres up to the restaurant Heimat. At that corner there is a footpath that leads into the Rischinerwoods. There snowshoe trekkers will find a wonderful round trip via Stalden through slightly hilly countryside.
The path is also suitable for family outings.
